Delivery

Nationwide Delivery

Standard delivery to mainland UK is included in the price shown on the product page — no hidden delivery fees. You can choose the delivery option that suits your site:
 

  • Kerbside delivery (standard) — the tank will be offloaded at the roadside or verge beside your property only. Please note, this is purely kerbside; our team will not carry the tank onto your property or install it.

 

  • HIAB placement — our HIAB vehicle can lift and place the tank onto a prepared concrete pad. Select this option at checkout if you need on-site placement. Additional charges may apply depending on access, site conditions, and location — we’ll confirm any extra cost when you order.


Important
Tanks over 2,500 litres must be offloaded by the customer, as our team cannot handle them, even with kerbside delivery.


Access & responsibility
Deliveries are made by large vehicles. Please ensure there is safe, unobstructed access for unloading and that the pad or location is prepared in advance. Customers are responsible for final positioning, installation, and any on-site work unless HIAB placement has been selected and paid for.

 

Lead time
Some tanks are available from stock, while others are made to order. Typical lead time is 1–2 weeks, depending on availability. We’ll confirm the exact timing when you place your order.

Remote Areas

Some remote or difficult-to-access locations may attract a small surcharge or longer lead time. This typically applies to the following postcode areas:
IV, KW, PA, AB, HS, DD, FK, PH, TR, G, KA — and all Central London postcodes.
 

Additional areas that may be subject to higher delivery costs, restrictions or longer lead times include: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Anglesey, Isles of Scilly, Western Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Scottish Highlands and other offshore islands.
